MOON SNAIL - There is a tradition where the Haida people place a moon snail shell on the doorsill of their homes. When evening winds whisper across their sleek, symmetrical surface, they create eerie, haunting sounds, scaring away all evil things that lurk and threaten us in the moonlit hours.
